How to fight back scars at home

These days; there are a lot of sufferers from acne and they want eagerly to have a skin which is blemish free. But having cabinet full of oral medicines and chemical ointments is not the solution for them. This is because; they may have powerful effects on the affecte4d areas but at the same time; has side effects as well.

So, one can take help of some natural ingredients which works equally well on those areas. One can use no scars soap made from organic and natural things or else they can use some ingredients at home and treat their scars. Here are some ideas:

Aloe Vera

Fresh aloe vera gel is a great source of vitamins and so they can help the skin to heal from scars. They are also gentle and so they never irritate the skin. They act as a good moisturiser which soothes the skin and makes it feel healthier. One can get natural aloe vera gel tubes at organic product stores but squeezing them fresh out of aloe vera leaves is the best thing to do. One can dab some fresh gel on the affected area and then let it soak there for half an hour. Then one can wash them off with plain water. Doing it thrice a week can lead to better results.

Baking Soda

They have a high ability to heal the scars. Baking soda is made from sodium bicarbonate extracts which can exfoliate the skin gently and so one can use them easily as a cleansing scrub. One needs to mix a few tea spoons of baking soda with a proper amount of water to make a thick paste out of it and then apply it on the scarred areas of the skin. After applying, one should leave it for a minute or 2 and it will clean the pores and prevent the blemishes. One can wash the area with lukewarm water and then apply a natural moisturiser like jojoba, hip seed or olive oil on it.

Coconut Oil

When it comes to scar removal, coconut oil tops the list of natural ingredients. This is because they have both moisturising and healing properties. One can take a small tea spoon of virgin coconut oil and melt it till it reaches the body temperature and then apply it directly on the scarred skin. There is also no need to wash away the oil later from the scarred area because coconut oil has essential fatty acids and vitamins which improves the skin quality.

Cucumber

This is a very popular ingredient when it comes to facial treatments. They are hydrating and contains a lot of vitamins like A and C. One can take a cucumber and cut it into thin slices and pace it over the affected area of the skin. Keep it for at least 30 minutes and rinse the area with cold water. Doing it daily can lead to great results.

There are many soap for scars available in the market and one can use them but they have to be dermatologically proves.
